Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá resiliencí učitelek v mateřských školách. Teoretická část diplomové práce se skládá ze tří kapitol. V první kapitole vymezujeme pojem resilience, zaměříme se na faktory, které ji ovlivňují a také se zaměříme na stres, který je s resiliencí úzce spojen. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the resilience of teachers in kindergartens. The theoretical part of diploma consists of three chapters. In the first chapter we define the concept of resilience, we focus in the factors that affect it and we also focus in stress, which is closely related to resilience.
