Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu kapitálové struktury českých firem, s hlubší analýzu akciových společností.Práce obsahuje teoretické i praktické poznatky pro vymezení a analýzu klíčových faktorů, které určují výběr kapitálové struktury v podnicích.Výzkum poskytuje hlubší přehled teorií v oblasti finančního řízení a kapitálové struktury. Součástí práce je statistický výzkum a analýza českého podnikatelského prostředí, včetně makroekonomických a mikroekonomických ukazatelů. Finanční, rozpočtové a ekonomické odhady byly stanoveny s přihlédnutím k činnosti akciových společností.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis is dedicated to the topic of capital structure of Czech companies, with deeper analysis of joint-stock companies. The thesis includes theoretical and practical background for defining and analyzing key factors, which determine the choice of capital structure in enterprises. The research provides a deeper review of theories in the field of financial management and capital structure. The thesis includes statistical research and analysis of the Czech business environment, including macro- and microeconomic indicators. Financial, budget and economic estimations have been made with regard to a joint-stock company according to those estimations.
