The issue of electromobility from the point of view of the leasing company Business Lease s.r.o.

Abstract:

Elektromobilita je v současné době velice diskutované téma a elektromobily mají své velké příznivce i odpůrce. Je možné sledovat silné nejen legislativní tlaky ze strany EU, které významně ovlivňují poptávku a nabídku těchto vozů. Leasingová společnost Business Lease s.r.o. zaznamenává zvýšený zájem klientů o elektromobily, ale zatím nemá zpracovanou strategii v této oblasti a čeká, jak bude reagovat trh, konkurence a klienti. Cílem této práce je na základě shromážděných dat a jejich analýzy formulovat doporučení společnosti Business Lease v oblasti elektromobility. K formulaci doporučení bude použita analýza konkurence, analýza poptávky ze strany klientů a analýza PESTEL, kdy budou shromážděny a analyzovány faktory v makrookolí, které ovlivňují a pravděpodobně budou ovlivňovat v budoucnu leasingovou společnost Business Lease s.r.o. Výsledkem práce bude doporučení pro firmu Business Lease s.r.o., jak postupovat ve vztahu k elektromobilitě, resp. jak reagovat na poptávku po elektrovozidlech ze strany svých klientů.

Abstract:

Electromobility is currently a much-discussed topic, and electric cars have their big supporters and detractors. It is possible to observe strong not only legislative pressures from the EU, which significantly affect the demand and supply of these cars. Leasing company Business Lease s.r.o. notes the increased interest of clients in electric cars but has not yet developed a strategy in this area and is waiting to see how the market, competition and clients will react. The aim of this work is to formulate recommendations for the company Business Lease in the field of electromobility based on the collected data and their analysis. A competition analysis, an analysis of client demand and a PESTEL analysis will be used to formulate recommendations, where factors in the macro environment that influence and will likely influence the leasing company Business Lease s.r.o. will be collected and analyzed. The result of the work will be a recommendation for the company Business Lease s.r.o. on how to proceed in relation to electromobility, or how to respond to the demand for electric vehicles from its clients.
