Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se dělí na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části práce je přiblížena patofyziologie, projevy, příčiny, rizikové faktory včetně diagnostických a léčebných postupů u pacienta s flebotrombózou dolních končetin. Pozornost je zde věnována ošetřovatelským intervencím v přípravě pacienta k diagnostickým výkonům a následné péči. Součástí jsou preventivní opatření. Praktická část obsahuje návrh ošetřovatelské péče u hospitalizovaného pacienta s flebotrombózou dolních končetin. Návrh je doplněn o možné ošetřovatelské diagnózy za použití diagnostického algoritmu dle NANDA ? International, taxonomie II. Část práce je věnována doporučeným režimovým opatřením zejména v oblasti aplikace elastické komprese dolních končetin, pohybových aktivit a dietě při antikoagulační terapii. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření návrhu ošetřovatelské péče u hospitalizovaných pacientů s flebotrombózou dolních končetin. Dílčí cíle zahrnují vypracování návrhu zvýšené ošetřovatelské péče, návrh ošetřovatelských diagnóz v jednotlivých doménách NANDA ? International, taxonomie II a sepsání režimových opatření pro tyto pacienty s uvedenou diagnózou (kompresivní terapie, doporučený pohybový režim, dieta při antikoagulační terapii).

Abstract:

The bachelor?s thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis outlines pathophysiology, signs, causes, and risk factors including diagnostic and therapeutic methods in patient with phlebotrombosis of the lower limbs. Attention is paid to nursing interventions in patient preparation for diagnostic actions and subsequent treatment. This issue covers preventive measures. The practical part includes a proposal for the nursing care of a hospitalized patient with phlebothrombosis of the lower limbs. The proposal is supplemented by possible nursing diagnoses using the diagnostic algorithm according to the NANDA ? International, Taxonomy II. A part of the thesis deals with recommended precautions, in particular regarding the application of elastic compression of the lower limbs, movement activities and diet during the anticoagulation therapy. The main goal of the thesis is to create a proposal for the nursing care of hospitalized patients with phlebothrombosis of the lower limbs. Partial goals include the preparation of a proposal for increased nursing care, proposal for nursing diagnoses in individual NANDA ? International, Taxonomy II domains, and a list of precautions for these patients with the diagnosis mentioned above (compressive therapy, recommended movement activities, diet during anticoagulation therapy).
