Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Ukládání sankcí v řízení o dopravních přestupcích“ je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá přestupkem obecně. Druhá část pojednává o řízení o dopravních přestupcích, vyčleňuje způsoby, jakými lze dopravní přestupky řešit, a definuje jednotlivé druhy řízení. The topic of this bachelor thesis is „Imposing sanctions in proceedings for road traffic offenses“ and it is divided in five main chapters. The first chapter deals with offences in general.
