The Islamic Legal System
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce na téma islámský právní systém by měla být pokusem o přiblížení problematiky islámského práva, jako součásti islámské kultury, v níž má toto tradiční právo neopomenutelné postavení. Práce se zabývá vznikem islámského práva šaría, jeho nejdůležitějšími prvky a jeho vývojem do současnosti.
Abstract:
This thesis about the Islamic legal system should be an attempt to approach the issue of Islamic law as a part of Islamic culture where the traditional law has insurmountable position. The thesis deals with the emergence of Islamic law Sharia, its most important elements and its evolution to the present.
