Anotácia:

Předmětem této magisterské diplomové práce je ergoterapeut a jeho vnímání a identifikace s profesní rolí. V teoretické části jsou představeny nejdůležitější informace o ergoterapii, ergoterapeutovi, jeho vzdělání a jeho kompetencích, dále o jeho pracovních týmech a podmínkách supervize, které pomáhají v orientaci ve výsledcích realizovaného výzkumu.Empirická část práce popisuje přípravu, realizaci a výsledky výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zjistit, jak ergoterapeuti vnímají svoji profesní roli.

Abstract:

The topic of this master thesis is an occupational therapist and his perception and identification with a professional role. In the theoretical part are presented the most important information about occupational therapy, occupational therapist, its education and its competencies, its working teams and supervision conditions, which help to orient the results of the research.The main aim of the research is to find out how ergotherapists perceive their professional role.
