Předkládaná bakalářské práce se věnuje problematice podávání návrhů na zrušení zákona či jeho jednotlivých ustanovení skupinami poslanců nebo senátorů k Ústavnímu soudu ČR se zvláštním důrazem na využívání tohoto nástroje parlamentní opozicí. The thesis is concerned with the issue of petitions proposing the annulment of statutes submitted to the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic by groups of Deputies or Senators with a particular focus on parliamentary opposition using this instrument.
