The Legal Mode of Land Adjustment
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá právním režimem pozemkových úprav, ochranou vlastnických práv během pozemkových úprav, řízením o pozemkových úpravách v území s nedokončeným scelováním.
Abstract:
This work deals with juridical problems of land consolidation proceedings from the point of view of a civil servant of land cadastr bureau. The experience acquired on this once unstable field of proprietary relations is discussed from the point of view of the gradual amending of legislation, concerning the proprietaty rights of land owners.
