The recruitment and adaptation process and its analysis in a specific organisation

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je za pomoci odborné literatury, metody pozorování a metody polostrukturovaných hloubkových rozhovorů analyzovat proces přijímání a adaptace ve společnosti exekutorský úřad Praha-Východ. V teoretické části práce popisuje proces přijímání a adaptace podle modelů autorů, kteří se již problematikou zabývali. Je zde popsán celkový postup od oslovování a náboru pracovníků, přes přijímací řízení až po úspěšnou adaptaci. Praktická část odhalila nedostatky ve firmě exekutorský úřad, která se potýká s vysokou mírou fluktuace pracovníků, vinnou špatného nastavení procesů ve firmě, jako jsou metody výběru pracovníků, nedostatky nastávající během pohovorů, i chyby v adaptaci nových pracovníků zapříčiněné politikou odměňování společnosti a špatnými vztahy na pracovišti. V závěru práce shrnuje veškeré poznatky a uvádí doporučení pro jejich odstranění tak, aby se situace co nejvíce zefektivnila a zlepšila. Práce bude následně předána vrchnímu managementu společnosti pro co největší dosah.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to analyse the process of admission and adaptation in the Society of Executors Office Prague-East, using professional literature, observation altogether and the method of semi-structured in-depth interviews. In the theoretical part of the paper, he describes the process of acceptance and adaptation according to the models of authors who have already dealt with the issue. It describes the overall process from outreach and recruitment, through the recruitment process, to successful adaptation. The practical part revealed shortcomings in the firm's executive office, which faces high turnover rates, guilty mismanagement of processes at the firm, such as methods of selecting workers, shortcomings during interviews, as well as errors in adapting new workers caused by the company's remuneration policy and poor workplace relations. The conclusion of the work summarises all the findings and makes recommendations for their removal so that the situation becomes as effective and better as possible. The work will then be handed over to the company's senior management for the most part.
