Bakalářská práce je věnovaná problematice pracovní motivace. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty dosavadní poznatky týkající se fenoménu pracovní motivace a jejího využití v praktickém managementu. The bachelor paper is aimed at the problem of working motivation. The theoretical part summarizes the current knowledge of the phenomenon of working motivation and the ways how to apply it in the management.
