Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce charakterizuje téma katastr nemovitostí, pojednává o jeho stručné historii a stručně charakterizuje jeho obsah, předmět evidence a uvádí organizační strukturu. Práce je dále zaměřena na zápis práv do katastru nemovitostí. Práce informuje, jak lze získávat informace z katastru nemovitostí a které další činnosti katastr nemovitostí provádí. Hlavním pramenem je odborná literatura a současná právní úprava.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis describes the topic of cadastre of real estate and deals with history and defines its content, subject of record keeping and presents the organizational structure. The thesis is also focused on the registration of rights into the cadastre. The thesis informs how it is possible to obtain information from the cadastre and which other activities the cadastre performs. The main source is the literature and current legislation.
