Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je analýza uplatnění absolventů bakalářských studijních programů v Jihočeském kraji. Zabývá se nezaměstnaností absolventů a způsobem hledaní prvního zaměstnání. Tato práce zkoumá, za jakou dobu jsou absolventi po ukončení studia schopni najít práci. Práce poukazuje na příčiny nezaměstnanosti a bude se snažit najít řešení pro školy a absolventy, aby se nezaměstnanost absolventů na trhu práce snížila. Bakalářská práce se bude zajímat hlavně o absolventy Jihočeských vysokých škol, kteří studovali v bakalářském programu v letech 2012 – 2015. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. Teoreticko-metodologická část se zabývá teoretickými pojmy, jako je trh práce, nabídka či poptávka práce, nezaměstnanost, její druhy a dopady. Aplikační část se bude zabývat statistickými údaji absolventů za období 2012-2015, jež jsem získala pomocí úřadu práce, statistického úřadu a rozeslání dotazníku na jihočeské vysoké školy. V závěru práce bude provedeno shrnutí výsledků a navržená případná řešení pro absolventy.

Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to analyse employment among bachelor degree graduates in the South Bohemian region. It focuses on the unemployment of graduates and the methods in which they search for their first job. The thesis researches the average duration needed to find a job. It outlines the main reasons for unemployment and tries to identify possible solutions for the graduates or the universities to overcome these barriers, thus leading to a decrease in unemployment rates of graduates.The thesis mainly focused on graduates of Universities and Higher Education Institutions based in the South Bohemian region that completed their bachelor studies during 2012 – 2015. The study is divided into two parts; theory and its application. The theoretical aspect analyses definitions such as the labour market, supply and demand on the labour market, unemployment, its types and repercussion. The application part goes on to focus on statistical data surrounding the graduates, received from the Czech Statistical Office, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of Czech Republic, the Labour Office of the Czech Republic and a questionnaire research on South Bohemian Universities and Higher Education Institutions. The conclusion of the study leads toward the suggestion of potential solutions for graduates.
