Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje léčebně-rehabilitační plán a postup u pacientky s diastázou přímého břišního svalu (DRAM) po porodu a je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První z nich poskytuje obecné teoretické informace nutné k pochopení tématu. Obsahem je popis anatomie břišní stěny, informace o hlubokém stabilizačním systému páteře (HSSP) a detailní kapitola o samotné DRAM. Druhá část je také teoretická, ale soustředí se již na specifické metody a přístupy používané při komplexní rehabilitaci tohoto problému. V poslední části je pak prezentován klinický případ, který zahrnuje vyšetření a terapii konkrétní pacientky s poporodní DRAM.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis describes the therapeutic and rehabilitation plan and procedure for a patient with diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscle (DRAM) after childbirth and it is divided into three main parts. The first part provides general theoretical information necessary for understanding the topic. It includes a description of the anatomy of the abdominal wall, information about the deep stabilization system of the spine (HSSP), and a detailed chapter on DRAM itself. The second part focuses on specific methods and approaches used in the comprehensive rehabilitation of this problem. The final part presents a clinical case, including the examination and therapy of a specific patient with postpartum DRAM.
