Business plan for the establishing of a small company and its evaluation

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru na založení klinické laboratoře a jeho vyhodnocení. Především se v prácí zaměřim na popsání základních informací, které jsou potřebné k sestavení podnikatelského plánu. Dále stanovím, co by v plánu mělo být zahrnuto a pro koho je podnikatelský záměr určen. Současně se budu zaměřovat i na nástroje a analýzy, které slouží pro vyhodnocení podniku. Nebudou opomenuty ani informace o finančním plánu. Práce podrobňeji informuje o vznikající společnosti a také o průzkumu trhu a konkurence. Dále v ní najdeme marketingovou analýzu, konkrétně analýzu SWOT. Důkladněji je zde provedena analýza konkurenčního prostředí. Na základě zjištěních informací je vypracován konkrétní finanční plán na otevření klinické laboratoře, a to ve dvou variantách, reálné a optimistické. Z poměrových ukazatelů využiji ukazatele rentability celkového kapitálu a tržeb – ROE, ROI, ROS a ukazatelů likvidity, které se také nazývají ukazatele solventnosti. Práce by měla odpovědět na otázky, zdali se ekonomicky vyplatí alokovat finanční prostředky do tohoto podnikatelského záměru.

Abstract:

The object of my "Bachelor Thesis" is the creation of a Business Plan for a clinical laboratory. The plan covers its establishment and its operations. In particular, the Thesis focuses on covering all the basic aspects that ate needed to create a wothwhile Business Plan. Consideration will be given to what is included in the Plan and, for whom, the Plan is intended. At the same time, I will also incorporate the tools and analysis used to evaluate the business operations of the clinical laboratory. Information on the financial projections for the operations will also be included. Details will address growing the operations, as well as about its target market and a survey of its competition. So included alongside a marketing analysis, will also be a SWOT analysis. An analysis of the competitive environment is carried out in some detail. On the basis of all the information obtained, a specific financial plan for the opening of a clinical laboratory is developed, in two realistic and optimistic versions. From ratios, I will use ROE, ROI, ROS and liquidity ratios, also referred to as solvency ratios. The thesis should answer the question whether it is economically worthwhile to invest equity in this Business Plan and the risks and rewards associated with doing so.
