Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku znečištění půd pesticidy. Jsou zde popsány důležité vlastnosti nejen půdy, ale také vlastnosti organických a anorganických polutantů. Dále se práce zabývá biomarkery používanými v ekotoxikologických testech, z nichž mezi nejdůležitější patří především inhibice enzymu acetylcholinesterázy, která byla zjišťována v experimentální části práce. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on problems associated with pesticide contamination of soil. The important properties of the soil, organic and inorganic pollutants are also described here. Furthermore the thesis deals with the biomarkers used in the ecotoxicological tests, especially with the inhibition of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase, which belongs to the most important ones and which was detected …more
