Business valuation of EOS KSI
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na ocenění inkasní společnosti EOS KSI k 1. 3. 2010. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. Finanční analýze, strategická analýzy, prognóza generátorů hodnot, závěrečné ocenění. Ocenění jsem provedl pomocí dvou metod. Výnosovou metodu reprezentuje DCF a jako druhou metodu jsem zvolil metodu tržního porovnání.
Abstract:
The main goal of my diploma thesis is business valuation of EOS KSI. Whole thesis is divided into four parts. Financial analysis, strategy analysis, analysis and forecast of value drivers and final valuation.
