Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá testování teorie Reina Taagepery a Giovanni Sartoriho týkající se vlivu volebních systémů na stranické v areálu Oceánie. Zkoumány byly především nezávislé mikrostáty a Papua – Nová Guinea. Testování je prováděno empiricky na základě výsledků voleb z období posledních 10 - 20 let. Abstract:
This thesis is dealing with the testing of theory of Rein Taagepera and Giovanni Sartori about the effect of electoral systems to party systems in the region of Oceania. The field of examination were the independent microstates and Papua – New Guinea. The testing was emprical on the basis of electoral results from past 10 – 20 years.
