Anotace:

Absolventská práce charakterizuje pojem katastr nemovitostí a vymezuje fungování katastru nemovitostí v České republice. Práce popisuje historii katastru nemovitostí, současnou právní úpravu, organizační strukturu veřejné správy v této oblasti, předmět evidence a obsah katastru nemovitostí. Práce se dále zabývá zásadami užívanými při vedení katastru nemovitostí a jednotlivými formami zápisu do katastru nemovitostí.

Abstract:

Graduate thesis describes the concept of cadastre of real estate and defines the cadastre of the Czech Republic. Thesis describes history of the cadastre, the current legislation, the organizational structure of the public administration in this area, the subject of registration of real estate and the content of the cadastre. It also describes principles used in the cadastre management and various forms of registration rights into the cadastre.
