Abstract:

Obecným výzkumným zaměřením této disertační práce je renovace stávajících soukromých rodinných domů. V této diplomové práci jsou porovnány teoretické přístupy k obnově budov se skutečnou realizací. Za tímto účelem byly provedeny odborné rozhovory a prozkoumány oblasti topných systémů, izolace, větrání, solární systémy a okna. Předmětem úvahy je koordinace ekonomických a ekologických aspektů komplexní obnovy budovy a jejich vliv na nákladové výhody a nevýhody. Rekonstrukce stávajících soukromých rodinných domů je složitá záležitost, u které je třeba pečlivě zvážit ekonomické i ekologické faktory. Implementace zahrnuje různé priority a úvahy, které mohou silně ovlivnit konečné rozhodnutí. Cílem této disertační práce je na základě analýzy výpovědí respondentů z oblasti architektury, plánování, stavebnictví prověřit, do jaké míry lze dosáhnout nákladových výhod koordinací ekonomických a ekologických úvah v rámci komplexní renovace. management, realizace projektů a investoři. Odborné rozhovory mají ukázat, jak lze interpretovat různé přístupy odborníků a jaké poznatky lze získat prostřednictvím různých profesních oblastí. Z analýzy výpovědí respondentů vyplývá, že v rozhodovacím procesu dominují spíše ekonomické faktory, ale ekologické aspekty nejsou zcela opomíjeny a mohou hrát důležitou roli, pokud jsou finančně únosné. Při zvažování stavebních prvků lze za určitých podmínek sladit ekologii a hospodárnost.

Abstract:

The general research focus of this dissertation is on the renovation of existing private single- family homes. In this dissertation, the theoretical approaches to building renovation are compared with the actual implementation. For this purpose, expert interviews were conducted and the areas of heating systems, insulation, ventilation, solar systems and windows were examined. The scope of consideration is the coordination of economic and ecological aspects of a comprehensive building renovation and their impact on cost advantages and disadvantages. The renovation of existing private single-family homes is a complex matter in which both economic and ecological factors must be carefully considered. The implementation involves various priorities and considerations that can strongly influence a final decision. The aim of this dissertation is to examine the extent to which cost advantages can be achieved by coordinating economic and ecological considerations in the context of a comprehensive renovation, based on an analysis of the statements of the respondents from the fields of architecture, planning, construction management, project implementation and investors. The integration of economic and ecological goals into the building renovation process is a complex matter that brings with it different priorities and considerations of the respondents. The expert interviews are intended to show how the different approaches of the experts can be interpreted and what insights are gained through the different professional fields. The analysis of the respondents' statements shows that economic factors tend to dominate the decision-making process, but ecological aspects are not completely neglected and can play an important role if they are financially viable. When considering the building components, ecology and economy can be harmonized under certain conditions.
