Práce se zabývá možnostmi pacienta autonomně se rozhodovat při poskytování zdravotních služeb. The thesis deals with patient’s options to autonomously decide on provision of healthcare services. It specializes in the identification of legislation, fundamental rights and freedoms relating to and guarantying autonomy, and possibilities of autonomy’s derogation based on statutory law.
