Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá aplikačními možnostmi Tematicko-apercepčního testu. Autor zkoumal diagnostický potenciál dvou skórovacích přístupů Afektivní škály a škály Interpersonální decentrace ve vztahu k úzkosti a úzkostným poruchám. Kromě toho se zaměřil na specifické projevy anxiety v příbězích Tematicko-apercepčního testu (TAT). Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 17 pacientů hospitalizovaných s diagnostikovanou úzkostnou poruchou. Kontrolní vzorek vznikl z normální populace a byl sestavený dle věku, pohlaví a vzdělání výzkumné skupiny. Analýza prokázala statisticky významný rozdíl v příbězích úzkostných pacientů v porovnání s kontrolní skupinou. Úzkostní lidé dosahovali nižších průměrných úrovní interpersonální decentrace. Z kvalitativní obsahové analýzy vyplynulo, že úzkostní pacienti prezentují partnerské vztahy nejistě a nekonkrétně. Tři z deseti použitých tabulí TAT se ukázaly jako citlivé na témata hrozby a starosti o zdraví, které jsou typickým projevem lidí trpících úzkostí. Zatímco Afektivní škála se na základě získaných výsledků nejeví jako vhodný nástroj k měření anxiety, možnosti aplikace škály Interpersonální decentrace jsou diskutovány v závěrečné části.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with assessment abilities of Thematic Apperception Test (TAT). The author examined diagnostic potential of two scoring systems – the affective scale and the interpersonal decentring - in context of anxiety and anxiety disorders. The author also focused on distinctive features of anxiety in TAT stories. The research group consisted of 17 in-patients with the diagnose of anxiety disorder. The control group was formed by gender, age and education according to the research group. There has been found some statistically significant differences in anxious in-patient’s stories comparing to the control group. The anxious in-patients achieved lower average levels of the interpersonal decentring. The qualitative content analysis had revealed that the anxious in-patients present their partner relationships in insecure way. Three out of ten used TAT cards manifested the efficiency in evoking the themes of threat and health worries which are relevant to anxious people. According to the results, the affective scale doesn’t seem to be an appropriate instrument for the anxiety assessment. The application abilities of the interpersonal decentring are discussed in the concluding chapter.
