Trade name and its protection according to the commercial code
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá obchodní firmou a její ochranou podle obchodního zákoníku. Hlavní část práce je věnována popisu obou systémů ochrany firmy - absolutní ochraně firmy podle § 12 ObchZ a systému ochrany relativní podle ustanovení o nekalé soutěži.
Abstract:
This thesis presents a problems of the trade name and a legal protection of the trade name provided by the Commercial Code. The main part is focused on both systems of protection. There is described the absolute and the relative protection systém provided by the Commercial Code.
