Claims of insurees from the wrecking crane insurance

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci souhrnně popisuji oprávněné nároky pojištěných z havarijního pojištění vyplývajících ze současné legislativy a podmínek pojišťoven. Celou problematiku popisuji od samotného založení pojistné smlouvy přes přehled pojistitelů poskytující služby havarijního pojištění až po samotnou likvidaci a oprávněné nároky pojištěných při vniku pojistných událostí včetně technických norem oprav a metodiku servisní činnosti. Zaměřil jsem se také na druhy pojistitelných rizik, které tvoří základní rozsah pojištění a možnost připojištění, které může nároky pojištěných významně rozšířit případně pomoci při řešení právního sporu. V závěru práce se věnuji doporučení případným zájemcům o havarijní pojištění kdy pojištění sjednat a čemu věnovat pozornost při sjednání.

Abstract:

In this diploma work I generally describe competent claims of insurees of an accident insurance resulting from current legislation and conditions of insurance agencies. I describe the whole problem from creation of an insurance contract via overview of insurers providing accident insurance services until linquidation and competent claims of insurees during start of insurance event including technical norms of correction and methodology of service activity. I also concentrated on various kinds of insurable risks, which create the basic range of insurance and possibility of additional insurance, which can significantly spread the claims of insurees and eventually help with solving a legal process. In the conclusion of my work I am focusing on recommendation for possible applicants of accident insurance - when to make the insurance and what to pay attention to.
