Předmětem této diplomové práce je určení optimální struktury útvarů řízení rizik v komerčním bankovnictví. První část zachycuje obecné představení bankovnictví a uvedení do problematiky řízení rizik. Druhá část se věnuje problematice řízení rizik s identifikací oblastí, které jsou kriticky důležité pro chod banky a jejich možnost optimalizace.
