Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou legislativního ukotvení normativních správních aktů, a zda lze normativní správní akty podrobit soudnímu přezkumu. Po zodpovězení této otázky se autor následně věnuje kritickému rozboru s tím, že se autor zabývá nejen právní úpravou de lege lata spolu s judikaturou, ale uvažuje i o úpravách de lege ferenda. The thesis deals with the issue of legislative regulation of normative administrative acts and whether normative administrative acts are judicially reviewable. After answering this question, the author subsequently deals with a critical analysis, not only dealing with the legal regulation de lege lata together with case law, but also considering modifying the legal regulation de lege ferenda.
