Tato práce shrnuje vybrané literární údaje a informace o steroidních látkách v biotických matricích. Nejvyšší pozornost je věnována estrogenním hormonům. Tyto látky se jako výsledek metabolismu živočichů dostávají do různých složek životního prostředí, kde mohou ovlivnit funkci endokrinních systémů, reprodukci a vývoj volně žijících živočichů a člověka. This work deals with the study of steroid compounds in a biotic matrices. The highest attention is paid to estrogenic hormones. These substances are due to the organism metabolism getting into the environment, where they can affect the function of the endocrine system, reproduction and development of wildlife and humans.
