V této bakalářské práci se věnuji aktivaci pseudoexonů u lidských genů kódujících proteiny. Pseudoexon je intronová sekvence připomínající exon, která běžně není součástí zralé mRNA. Může však být za určitých okolností aktivována a do zralé mRNA začleněna. Abstract:
In this thesis I study pseudoexon activation in human protein-coding genes. Pseudoexon is an intronic sequence that resembles exon, which is normally not a part of a mature mRNA. However, it may be under certain circumstances activated and incorporated into the mature mRNA.
