Imissions in the Framework of so Called Neighbour's Rights
Abstract:
Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza současné právní úpravy imisí v sousedských vztazích. Práce pojednává o možných zásazích do práv vlastníků především sousedních nemovitostí a ochraně proti nim. Práce také obsahuje srovnání s úpravou imisí dle navrhovaného občanského zákoníku a úpravou imisí ve Spolkové republice Německo.
Abstract:
The main aim of this thesis is to describe and analyze current state of law of immissions in the framework of so called neighbour’s rights. The thesis deals with possible interferences to the law of owners, mostly owners of neighbour’s immovable things and protection from these interferences.
