Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zaměstnanou ženou a její identifikací s povoláním poradce v občanské poradně. Cílem bylo zjistit míru identifikace zaměstnané ženy s povoláním poradce v občanské poradně především prostřednictvím její spokojenosti s vykonávanou prací. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují spokojenost ženy s jejím povoláním poradce v občanské poradně.
Abstract:
Thesis is dealing with employed woman and her identification with her profession of adviser in the consultant service. The aim was to find a volume of identification an employing woman with her profession of adviser in the consultant servise, in the first place through her satisfaction with her profession.
