Tato diplomová práce se věnuje metodám laserové ablace LIBS a LA-ICP-MS. Hlavním tématem je vliv modifikace povrchu vzorku pomocí zlatých nanočástic na analytický signál. Součástí práce jsou výsledky experimentů provedených v rámci praktické stáže zaměřené na metody CF-LIBS a NELIBS. Zesílení signálu při použití kovových nanočástic bylo sledováno u metody LA-ICP-MS. Abstract:
This thesis is focused on laser ablation methods LIBS and LA-ICP-MS. The main task is to study influence of sample surface treatment by using gold nanoparticles on analytical signal. Results of CF-LIBS and NELIBS experiments, carried out during Erasmus+ traineeship, are also included. By using gold nanoparticles, signal enhancement was observed within LA-ICP-MS analysis.
