Cílem této práce je představit některé možnosti řešení sporů co do podstaty, průběhu, závaznosti výsledku, možnosti opravných prostředků a legislativních podkladů. Porovnat jednotlivé fáze mezi sebou s vyhodnocením, kdy je vhodné jakou metodu použít a proč, nejen z pohledu efektivnosti, ale i nákladovosti a vykonavatelnosti rozhodnutí. The aim of this work is to present certain possible ways of resolving disputes with regard to their nature, course, binding results, options of remedies and legislative documents.
