Creating suitable alternatives to ensure dignified standard of living in the post-productive age for Generation Y.

Abstract:

Trend stárnutí populace je považován za jeden z nejsignifikantnějších trendů 21. století. Dochází k postupné přeměně rozložení věkové struktury obyvatelstva zejména snížením fertility a zvýšením střední délky života, který je nejvíce patrný ve vyspělých zemích. Díky tomu se zvyšuje proporce populace nad 65 lech ve společnosti a snižuje potenciální podpůrný poměr. Pojišťovně NN, se nedaří oslovit příslušníky generace Y s alternativami na zajištění životního standardu v post-produktivním věku. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jak je možné oslovit příslušníky generace Y v kontextu zajištění důstojného životního standardu v post-produktivním věku za pomoci insightu „vhledu“ do jejich uvažování. Výzkum byl realizován anketárním šetřením v online prostředí. Osloveno bylo 200 respondentů. H: Méně než 20 % příslušníků generace Y má jasno ohledně svého zajištění v post-produktivním věku, a jakým způsobem ho dosáhne. Hypotéza byla vyvrácena. Bylo zjištěno, že více jak 43,8 % má jasno jakým způsobem se zajistí v post-produktivní věku a současným způsobem nakládání s finančními prostředky k tomu směřuje. Práce je rozdělena do 4 kapitol mimo úvod a závěr.

Abstract:

The trend of ageing populations is considered to be one of the most significant trends in 21. century. Gradually, population age structures are transforming mostly due to fertility decline and prolonging life expectancy at births, which are most obvious in developed countries. Owing to population over 65 years old rising in proportion and therefore lowering the potential support ratio. Insurance company NN is not successful in addressing members of generation Y with alternatives to ensure dignified standard of living in the post-productive age. The main goal of the thesis is to find out how it is possible to address members of generation Y in order to ensure dignified standard of living in the post-productive age with the help of insight into their thinking. The research was carried out by a survey in the online environment. 200 respondents were contacted. H: Less than 20 % of Generation Y members are clear about their post-productive well-being and how to achieve it. The hypothesis was refuted. It was found that more than 43.8% are clear about how to secure themselves in the post-productive age and the current way of managing funds is heading towards this. The thesis is divided into 4 chapters except for introduction and conclusion.
