Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem genderové nerovnosti v odměňování na trhu práce. Cílem této práce je provést zhodnocení a analýzu příjmové nerovnosti ekonomicky aktivních mužů a žen v České republice a následně porovnat situaci v tuzemsku s dalšími vybranými státy Evropské unie.
