Interoperability of rail vehicles used in regional passenger transport

Abstract:

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou implementace interoperability v oblasti kolejových vozidel, provozovaných v regionální osobní železniční dopravě. Součástí práce je zhodnocení současné situace v ČR a EU a podrobná analýza legislativy evropského konvenčního železničního systému, zaměřená na subsystém kolejová vozidla. V další části se práce věnuje návrhu obecné metodiky pro návrh struktury linkového vedení v případě provozu různých typů vozidel z hlediska míry jejich shody s TSI. Závěrem je tato metodika za účelem vyhodnocení aplikována na konkrétní část železniční sítě.

Abstract:

The doctoral thesis deals with the implementation of the interoperability of rail vehicles used in regional passenger transport. The first aim of this work is to evaluate the current situation in the Czech Republic and EU and also to analyze the European conventional railway system legislation in detail, with a focus on the rolling stock. The next part deals with a proposal of a general methodology for the design of the line management structure if various types of vehicles with different degrees of TSI compliance are operated. Finally, the general methodology is applied to a specific part of the railway network.
