Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou tvorby xylému a činnosti kambia u smrku ztepilého (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) u mladého a starého porostu na lokalitě Rájec-Jestřebí za vegetační období roku 2018. Pomocí trephoru se odebíraly vzorky v týdenních intervalech od 5. 4. do 15. 11. Z těchto vzorků byly vyrobeny trvalé preparáty, které byly vyhodnoceny pod mikroskopem. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with an analysis of creation of xylem and the activity of cambium in the Norway spruce (Picea abies [L.] Karst.). I analysed samples of young and old trees in Rájec-Jestřebí. The sampling took place during the growing season 2018.
