Negative phenomena in the workplace

Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na výskyt negativních jevů a syndromu vyhoření v oboru zdravotnictví ve městě XY. Cílem práce je zjistit a zanalyzovat negativní jevy vyskytující se ve zdravotnictví. První část práce je zaměřená na obecnou teoretickou charakteristiku klíčových pojmů a poskytuje základ pro vypracování části druhé. Tato část se zabývá samotným výzkumem, kdy jsou nejprve stanoveny výzkumné otázky a hypotézy, dále jsou získána data pomocí dotazníkového šetření a testu BM a následně jsou tato data analyzována. Na základě provedeného výzkumu a analýzy jsou zformulovány závěry a uvedeny vhodná doporučení navrhovaná autorkou práce, která by mohla vést k eliminaci výskytu negativních jevů a syndromu vyhoření.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the occurrence of negative phenomena and burnout syndrome in the health care sector in the city of XY. The aim of the thesis is to identify and analyze the negative phenomena occurring in the healtcare industry. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general theoretical characterization of the key concepts and provides the basis for the development of the second part of this thesis. This part deals with the research itself, where first the research questions and hypotheses are set, then data is collected through a questionnaire survey and BM test, and then the data is analysed. Based on the research and analysis, conclusions are formulated and appropriate recommendations suggested by the author of the thesis are given which could lead to the elimination of the occurrence of negative phenomena and burnout syndrome.
