Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo nejprve zhodnotit, které programy jsou vhodné pro superpozici malých proteinových motivů. Mým úkolem bylo zanalyzovat software VMD, Chiméra, PyMOL a SiteBinder. Pro automatizaci těchto analýz jsem vytvořil dva softwarové nástroje, které mi umožnily efektivně zpracovat velké množství dat. Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is at first to decide which programs are suitable for superposition of small protein motifs. My task was to analyze the VMD, the USCF Chimera, the PyMOL and the SiteBinder softwares.
