Progress in the field of laser machining

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o možnosti obrábění pomocí laseru. V teoretické části je popsán vznik laserového paprsku, historie a jeho konstrukce. Dále pak využití, jednotlivé typy laserů, kde je práce zaměřena hlavně na CO2 laser a rozdíly mezi nimi. V praktické části jsou popsány lasery od dvou různých firem a různých výkonů s konvenčním způsobem obrábění. Tyto lasery byly podrobeny testování. Testovaly se čtyři různé výrobky. Dosažené výsledky jsou popsány na konci bakalářské práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is about possibility of machining with laser. In the theoretical part there is described formation of the laser beam, history and its construction. Then its usage, individual types of laser, but mainly focused on CO2 laser a differences between them. In the practical part there are information about two lasers from two different companies and two different performances with conventional way of machining. These lasers have been tested. This test included four wares. Achieved results are described at the end of my bachelor thesis.
