Nová úprava živnostenského podnikání

New Enactment of Trade Businesses
Abstract:
Autor se zaměřuje na novelizaci „zásadního“ zákona v oblasti podnikání a to zákona č. 455/1991 Sb., o živnostenském podnikání, ve stavu k 1. 7. 2008, jenž přináší řadu systémových změn. Rozborem tohoto právního předpisu chtěl autor přispět k lepšímu pochopení této problematiky a navrhnout některé změny právních předpisů, které by mohly zlepšit podnikatelské prostředí.
Abstract:
The author focuses her thesis on the amendment of the “essential” law act in the business area which is Act No. 455/1991 Coll., Trade Licensing Act, in the state as is since 1st July 2008, which brings a series of systematic changes.
