Abstract:
Obsahem práce je analýza, vymezení a komparace právních aspektů spojených s drogovou trestnou činností v rámci EU, dostupnost návykových látek v České republice, informovanost občanů různých věkových kategorií o trestné činnosti spojené s návykovými látkami.
Abstract:
The thesis is an analysis, identification and comparison of the legal aspects related to drug crime within the EU, the availability of drugs in the Czech Republic, awareness of various ages for criminal activity associated with addictive substances.
