Předkládaná práce se věnuje problematice hodnocení rizika na území obce s rozšířenou působností Tišnova. První část se zabývá bezpečností a právním vymezením řešené problematiky. This thesis deals with the issue of risk assessment in the municipality with extended powers of Tišnov. The first part addresses the topic of security and provides a legal definition of the issue.
