Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá tématem německé právní kultury a jejím uplatněním při vzdělávání germanistů a učitelů němčiny. Nejprve definuji základní pojmy "kultura", "právo" a "právní kultura". Poté využívám stanovená kritéria, abych vymezil a navzájem odlišil evropskou, islámskou a angloamerickou právní kulturu, jakožto nejvíce rozšířené typy právní kultury.
