Předkládaná práce se věnuje problematice ochrany měkkých cílů, s důrazem na situaci v Plzeňském kraji. Ve studii je představeno ukotvení této problematiky v České republice. Dále je nastíněn odlišný přístup s pohledu stěžejních aktérů. V oblasti Plzeňského kraje jsou podrobně popsány čtyři potenciální měkké cíle. Abstract:
The presented work is devoted to the isme of the protection of soft targets, with an emphasis on the situation in the Pilsen region. The anchoring of this isme in the Czech Republic is presented in the study. Next a different approach is outlined from the point of view of key actors.
