Diplomová práce se věnuje kolizní problematice určení rozhodného práva zajišťovacích prostředků z pohledu evropského a národního práva. V úvodních kapitolách se zaměřuje na obecné aspekty zajišťovacích prostředků v kontextu mezinárodního práva soukromého. The thesis deals with conflict issues of determining applicable law of ensuring means from the perspective of European and national law. In introductory chapters, it focuses on general aspects of ensuring means in the context of international private law.
