Abstract:
Práce se zabývá základními manažerskými funkcemi. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na samotnou osobnost manažera a rozebírá sekvenční a paralelní funkce. Je vyhodnocena analýza manažerských funkcí v konkrétní firmě a jsou doporučeny návrhy pro zefektivnění uplatnění těchto funkcí v praxi.
Abstract:
Thesis deals with the basic managerial functions. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the personality of a manager and discusses sequential and parallel functions. The analysis of managerial function is avaluated within a particular company and proposals are recommended for more efficient use of these functions in practice.
