This diploma thesis deals with the implementation of the IATF 16949 standard in a manufacturing company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is devoted to theoretical knowledge of quality and its management system. The second part describes in detail the process of applying the IATF 16949 standard in the selected company.
