Cílem následující práce tedy je analyzovat konkurenční výhody podniku. Vysvětleny jsou pojmy konkurence, konkurenceschopnost a konkurenční výhoda, analýza vnějšího prostředí, PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti sil, analýza vnitřního prostředí, SWOT analýza.
