Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a posouzením architektonicko-konstrukčního řešení navržené budovy v souladu s koncepcí trvale udržitelného navrhování budov a jejího prostředí. Teoretická část pojednává o trvale udržitelném rozvoji a jeho základních pilířích a o udržitelné výstavbě. Dále pojednává o modulárních stavbách a stavbách z lodních kontejnerů, jelikož samotný návrh je koncipován jako stavba s využitím lodních kontejnerů. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány hodnotící metody pro udělení certifikace kvality budovy z hlediska trvale udržitelného rozvoje. V praktické části je rozebrán návrh novostavby rodinného domu, od jeho umístění na pozemek až po udělení certifikátu kvality budovy. Je zpracována projektová dokumentace stavebně-architektonického řešení v rozsahu projektu pro stavební povolení v souladu s koncepcí udržitelného navrhování budov a jejího prostředí. Dům je navržen tak, aby respektoval principy integrovaného navrhování, využíval obnovitelné a recyklovatelné materiály a obnovitelné zdroje s ohledem na snížení energetické náročnosti a zlepšení kvality vnitřního prostředí. Návrh novostavby je v samotném závěru posouzen z environmentálního, sociálního a ekonomického hlediska metodikou SBToolcz.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with an analysis and consideration of an architectonic-construction solution of a designed building in accordance with the approach of sustainable development design of buildings and their environment. The theoretical part concerns sustainable development and its pillars of a sustainable building. Subsequently treats modular buildings and buildings from ships‘ containers because the project itself is conceived as a building with employment of ships’ containers. In the end of this part, evaluation methods for granting certification of quality from the point of view of sustainable development are described. The practical part examines the design of a new family house, from its positioning on an estate to granting the certificate of building quality. A project documentation of the architectonic-construction solution is elaborated in the extent of building permit in accordance with the approach of sustainable development design of buildings and their environment. The building is designed in the way to respect principles of integrated designs, in order to use renewable and recyclable materials, and renewable resources with regard to reduction of energy demands and improvement of interior area quality. The project is assessed from the environmental, social and economic viewpoints by SBToolcz method in conclusions of the work.
