Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce s názvom „Zákaznícky zážitok“ je analyzovanie a vyhodnotenie súčasného stavu zákazníckeho zážitku vo vybranom podniku so zameraním sa na spokojnosť a vernosť zákazníkov a následné predloženie návrhu doporučení na zlepšenie kvality poskytovaných služieb.
